Match-Ups for Second Round
Apparently the hockey gods hate me. Out of my four favorite teams ONE of them made it through to the next round, and that wasn't San Jose. Wonderful.
East:
Boston Bruins vs Carolina Hurricanes (Honestly I don't care. Boston'll win it)
Pittsburgh Penguins vs Washington Capitals
West:
Detroit Red Wings vs Anaheim Ducks (Can't stand either team..)
Vancouver Canucks vs Chicago Blackhawks

Sexy Oreo Cookie..
I'll be the first to admit that I was too tough on Price last night. I wasn't impressed with his gesture to the crowd but everyone was so frustrated that looking back, it's understandable. The crowd should never turn on their own team but when emotions run high shit happens. I have faith that he'll come out of training camp strong this September.
This interview basically makes my life. I say it all the time but watching Carey come up from Tricity with the personality of a thumbtack I was worried he'd never break out of his shell and actually show some emotion. Now he is. Thank God.

"See you in September"
I'm torn. There's a part of me that's happy that this season is over. A season that was over hyped by the media and the fans just because it happened to be the 100th. There's also a part of me that just hates having to go 5 months without any hockey. Here's to a summer of changes starting with Bob Gainey.
& While we have a lot of UFA's this season...Saku better be the top priority. I can't see him in another jersey.
Adios Habs. See you in September.

Onto 2009-2010?!
This years playoffs are boring me to death. It's so sad. It's not even because the Habs are currently being owned by the Bruins(which is to be expected). It's mainly because out of the 8 teams I'm going for, ONE of them is currently leading their series. I know it's still early but even the match-ups are boring. There's on intensity. Out of all the series I was expecting tons of emotion from the Bruins/Habs rivalry but it's non-existent. The most emotion I've seen was Carey yelling at some Bruins fan in between periods and that hardly counts. Ugh. Seriously Bruins, just put us out of our misery. This entire season has been complete crap. Last year was amazing, it was also full of some of the best hockey experiences of my life. This year was less than mediocre. I blame the media for hyping up the 100th season so much.

It's kind of like having a siamese twin..
You know what the greatest feeling in the world is? Laughing until tears are flowing down your cheeks and you can't breathe properly. You reach the point where everything is funny and you stomach hurts so badly that you have to hold onto your sides. I don't know if it's because everything is falling into place and I'm experiencing some of the most amazing days of my life but tonight I got to experience that feeling. I think I laughed for two hours straight. Maybe it's because she's exactly like me so we understand each other so well? I don't know, but I'm in such a ridiculously good mood right now because of this evening.
"It sounds like blah-diddy-blah-blah to everyone except those who speak it. You'd read a word for word transcript of our last conversation , you'd come to the conclusion that Mel & I were total morons"

Off Topic...
Can Matthew Good hurry up and come back to Montreal? It's been almost a year and that's just too long. I have Running for Home on repeat. That's still probably one of my favorite songs of all time. Strange Days is also a ridiculous song by him. The man is such a genius. I could sit and watch him sing for hours on end.In other news I got my confirmation to interview Thriving Ivory this Sunday. I'm completely stoked. It's a lot of fun to interview bands that you know so much about because there's so much more you want to know. It's just a pleasure to get to sit there and listen and learn. I'd die to interview Matthew Good..if he ever came back to Montreal....
&& tonight should be wicked. Three playoff games that I care a lot about. Montreal/Boston which should be intense. I know we're the underdogs but I won't stop believing. That's followed by Calgary/Chicago, a series where I'm happy to see either team win although I'd like the Hawks to take it in 7. Lastly, Sharks/Ducks...it'll be nice to finally get to watch some Sharks games. I basically have no social life during playoffs. How can I? This is the best time of the year! haha.

If I could put it into words...

I wasn't expecting to go see The Fray. It was more of a last minute thing. Thank God I went. I've always been someone who has gravitated more towards softer more intense music. Josh Groban, Matthew Good, Thriving Ivory, Jacks Mannequin....now The Fray. There's NOTHING better then one man(or band) who's able to capture your complete attention and make you forget about everything in the world. When he sat down at his piano...I wish I could put it into words. It was kind of surreal. I go to a lot of fun shows but every once in awhile I need to go to a show that makes me lose myself in the music.

New job
A couple of months ago I was freaking out over school. I knew I wanted to do something in the music industry but I couldn't find any schools that could help me learn more. I panicked and thought that I wasn't getting anywhere...turns out I was wrong. Last week Melissa & I became Confront Magazine employees. Our job as correspondents include interviewing artists, writing reviews of shows and cds, among other things. I've never in my life been so happy to get hired for something. My first assignment was to write up questions for the band Spiral Beach for an online interview that would be featured on the site in the near future. After that Mel & I were assigned to the Taste of Chaos show where we would each be interviewing two bands. I chose Thursday since I know a lot about them and Cancer Bats. On top of that we were contacted about doing an interview with none other then The New Cities next week for their upcoming album. I've always loved writing but I never realized I could intertwine it with music and create a dream job.
I've also asked to interview Thriving Ivory on April 19th. If it works out I can honestly say I'll be the happiest girl in the world. They've been one of my absolute favorite bands since I discovered them in Cape Cod back in August. I can listen to their album over and over again and never get sick of it. Every time I listen to them I get goosebumps and it never ceases to make me ridiculously happy. I have so much to ask them if I get the chance. As Mel has said so many times, it finally feels like I'm headed in the right direction. Maybe taking some time off from school was the smartest thing for me. Taking a break has given me the opportunity to try things out.

Welcome Home.
Everyone that knows me knows that I had a really hard time seeing Cristobal Huet being traded last year. My brother & I were probably his biggest fans in Montreal, so to see him put on another jersey was just way too weird for us. He certainly wasn't one of the best players to ever wear the Canadiens jersey but he was one of the kindest and one of the most entertaining to watch. I've followed Prices career since he played for Tricity and his style bores me. I love him as a goaltender and I'm a big fan but I love the crazy guys. The Tim Thomas' & Cris Huets of our world. The goalies who are too small to make all the saves just by positioning themselves. The goalies who have to become acrobats to stop the puck. Every time I went to a game I knew I'd leave there having been blown away by atleast one spectacular save by Huey & he never let me down. Price will be a better goalie in the long run, but no one compares to Huet.
I knew the second I saw that Chicago was coming here that I had to get tickets to the game. I headed downtown yesterday with Laura to get our Huet shirts signed and hopefully see him for a few minutes. We lucked in and stopped him on the street. He was just as kind as I remember him to be. He spoke with all the fans who asked for pictures & autographs and looked genuinely happy that people still remembered what he did for the team. While many Blackhawk players put their heads down and avoided any fans that saw them, Huey stood out in the street for a good 20 minutes, making sure he had a chance to see everyone. At one point we heard "CRISTO! CRISTO" and everyone turned around to see Price hanging out of Josh Gorges' car yelling for Huets attention. It was really neat to see the two of them chatting briefly. You could tell by how happy they were to see each other and that despite all the shit that went down last year they were still close. My favorite goalie tandem ever. Even though it only lasted a few months.
Jenn & I were beyond nervous for the game. I wanted the Habs to win so that they could hold onto 8th, but at the same time I didn't want to see Huet let any in. I'm not even going to lie, when he initially came onto the ice and the anthems were being sung, Jenn & I teared up. Seeing him on the other side sucked. He let in a goal on our first shot and from that moment on the crowd didn't leave him alone. There was Huet taunting chants all throughout the game that got increasingly louder with every goal against and which escalated to HUET SUCKS chants during intermissions in the halls. One asshole in back of me even told Jenn & I that we should go throw out our shirts. I can understand taunting the opposing goalie, hell I do it all the time but it just became too much after awhile. I listened to Habs fans screaming at people in Huet jerseys. He wasn't the greatest goalie but the guy played his heart out every night and never pointed fingers. If the team had a shit game and he stood on his head and won it, he'd give credit to everyone. He was a class act. It's a shame that there's nothing classy about the majority of the Habs fans here in Montreal. No wonder people don't want to play here. We're putting a group together to travel to Chicago next year to catch 2 games and cheer him on in better surroundings..maybe around more competent fans. We ended up winning the game but after the 2nd goal scored by the Habs I stopped standing up. I've never done that before in my life. I've never been so unenthused to see us score one.

I'm very lucky
You have to be really careful who you surround yourself with. I've made mistakes over the years when it came to friendships, believe me. I've befriended so many people for the wrong reasons...to fit in, to stand out, to just have someone around me...and I'd always get screwed over in the end. I can honestly say that I have the best friends in the world now. I don't know what I did to deserve them and I don't know what I'd do without them. They make the tough times easier. They make me smile when I feel like absolute shit. Most importantly though, they love me for me and I don't have to become someone different to please them or to be accepted by them. One day we'll get that condo overlooking Montreal or Jenn will purchase the Marriot and we''ll all move in. Whatever comes first.
Endless nights out..or not..(DAHFA)

Leaving on a jet plane...
So I'll be abandoning my computer for the next week, starting tomorrow. Instead of sitting around Montreal in the cold I'll be hopping a flight to Cuba with seven friends tomorrow afternoon. I'm beyond excited. Our resort is absolutely gorgeous and I think we could all use a week in the sun to just hang out and catch up. The best part? There are flamingos everywhere. Yeah I'm not going to lie, that's one of the things I'm most looking forward to. I overpacked...as I always do but to be fair my luggage is about as big as a regular school backpack so it could even be considered carry-on. Compare that to the people to bring 40 pound bags and I think I'm pretty good at cramming stuff into small spaces. Lets hope my shampoo doesn't explode. I'm a little bit uncomfortable with flying, especially at night, but I have seven other people to take my mind off it and after flying on 5 different planes to and from Mexico...well I think I can do it!! I hope Cuba doesn't have massive spiders...or else Agnes will be very busy in our room.
So goodbye Montreal until March 13th(flying back on a Friday. Good thing I'm not superstitious...)

All Sharks All Weekend
This weekend definitely had a theme. It revolved around the fact that my second favorite team in the NHL, the San Jose Sharks, were coming into the East for a mini roadtrip against Ottawa and Montreal. On Thursday I headed down to Ottawa to meet up with Athena and head to Scotiabank Place for the Sens/Sharks game. I spend a good chunk of my free time watching the Habs from inside the Bell Center and I've said many times that I'm always in a good mood when I'm there. It's special to be in a place where people share the same passion as you and the atmosphere is always insane. I had heard negative things about Scotiabank but I didn't really understand it until I was there. It was awful. The fans weren't into the game at all. The only time it got loud was when they were booing the refs and they had a tiny Go Sens Go chant going at the very beginning of the game and that was it. The sad thing was that for the majority of the game their team was only down by 1 goal but you could hear everything that the players were saying on the ice and the crowd just didn't motivate their team. The place was dead. It really made me miss the Bell Center and appreciate our fanbase even more. Aside from that I enjoyed the game. I made some friends with random Sharks fans and my team won it in the end by a score of 2-1. Only downer was Nabby wasn't in nets but I had a great time creeping him on the bench haha.

On Friday I came back from Ottawa and then headed down to Lisas. I have also decided that I despise the STM and I could probably rant about it for hours. We had a mini original hockey girls night at her place with her beautiful 50'' television. We won the game which made the night even better and there was a lot of laughing and a lot of eating. I'm pretty sure I'm a good 15 pounds heavier now because there was so much food. Just what I needed before Cuba!! It was good to see the girls again since I leave for Cuba in a few days and then I have to come home from my vacation and take over for my boss for a week so I won't really have time to see them for a good 3 weeks.

On Saturday morning we woke up bright and early but everyone was surprisingly chipper. I think we were all so deliriously tired that we just couldn't bring ourselves to be in a bad mood. We headed down to the Bell Center in hopes that I could get my Nabokov jersey signed. I've waited almost 5 years to meet him and it looks like I'll be waiting another year atleast. The Bell Center is a very busy place on game days because there are usually atleast 40 people there waiting for autographs. The thing is, I didn't care to meet any of the Habs, I was there to get my Nabby jersey signed. That didn't happen though thanks to the psychotic EBAY crazy people who hogged him and didn't even know who he was when he went inside. I wasn't too impressed with that but I got something later that day that basically made up for all of it.
After that Laura came back to my place to be my moral support as the Habs played the Sharks. I would never root against the Habs, but it was the type of game where I'd be happy no matter who won it. Thankfully the Habs took it. I'm also so happy I didn't spend 250$ to sit behind his net for the game like I was supposed to. He didn't even play. Now I'm going to spend all of Sunday sleeping and not moving. I was so deliriously tired yesterday. It was all worth it in the end though and in 5 days I'll be lying on a beach in Cuba with everyone.

Why do weekends have to end?!
This past weekend was amazing. I'm way too tired to even try to summarize it but it was a great start to concert season 2009. Friday was spent at the New Cities show with two of my favorite people on this planet. We spent hours sitting around a coffee shop before the show just laughing until it hurt. The show was amazing even if the second band was awful. Then we headed back to Jenns where we laughed even more into the night over absolutely nothing. I constantly mention my happy place being the bell center...or new cities shows but I've come to realize that my happy place is when I'm with the two of them. Even if I show up in the worst mood ever, they'll bring me out of it. It's scary how well the three of us mesh together. I don't really ever see those moments ending though and that's what makes me excited for the future. No matter where we end up we're going to have a good time. DAHFA?♥

Then on Sunday I went down to the Hot Streak show with Melissa. Our third was stranded at her home because of the bad weather. We had been trying to make a Hot Streak show since we saw them in August. Something always came up, like Ben Mulroneys wedding reception, so we would constantly have to bail on them. It's a good thing we made it through the snow this time around because we ended up having an incredibly memorable evening. The guys were performing at a Battle of the Bands at Club Soda and they ended up coming in 2nd out of 16 bands. They put on a hell of a show that included some awesome choreographed dancing and some super stylish outfits. After their set Melissa & I sat down on stools at the entrance of the club and didn't move for 6 hours. We spent the majority of the time just hanging out with the guys, enjoying some pretty ridiculous conversation and learning more about where they're hoping to go with this music career. It's really nice to see a group of people so passionate about music and being able to share your love over a certain thing. If they continue in the direction they're going they'll do very well. I have no doubt in my mind. Not to mention it's a nice change to be around people who are incredibly down to earth and just genuinely nice people. We also made friends with the greatest security guard ever who was blowing us kisses by the end of the night and telling us he loved us. We were supposed to leave the venue at 7 but we ended up staying until 11 and I'm incredibly happy that we did. I'm really looking forward to their next show.

The only bad thing about having such an amazing weekend is I have to come back down to reality and go back to work. I only work three days this week and my last shift is tomorrow. Then I'm heading down to Ottawa on Thursday for the SENS/SHARKS game where I'll be sporting my Sharks jersey with PRIDE and arguing with Sens fans, hopefully. Then on Friday I come home and head straight over to Lisas house for a mini girls night in front of her big television for the Habs/Flyers game. On Saturday morning the girls are coming with me to the Bell Center for moral support. I'm hoping to get my Nabokov jersey signed. We'll see. It'll be nice to meet one of my hockey heroes since he's only in town like...once every 3 years. Sunday..well maybe on Sunday I'll sleep?

Marianas Trench
They're baaaaaaaaaaaccccckkkkk!!!!
The new CD has been released on MuchMusic and it's ridiculously good. It's about freaking time though, honestly. It's been atleast 2 1/2 years since I've heard anything from these boys. I'm pretty sure the last time I saw them in concert was all the way back in 2006. I guess it was worth the wait in the end. The actual release date in stores in February 24th and I'll definitely be heading down on that day to pick it up. I'm in love with Beside You, Cross My Heart & All To Myself. Wicked 2nd CD guys. Can't wait until the tour.
Check it out at: http://www.muchmusic.com/music/firstspin/marianastrench/

REEEALLLLYYY?!
How can you tell that the Montreal Canadiens are going through tough times?! The biggest headline in the news is that an ex-coach thinks that a handful of the players have drinking problems.
Well that obviously explains it. I mean Higgins, Kostitsyn & Price are clearly a cancer in the locker room because of their partying ways and are causing the Habs to lose so something MUST be done. I mean REALLY? Why doesn't anyone ever write this crap about the Montreal media? Wouldn't we all love to know who's partying where? You're talking about 3 fairly young players who are ridiculously popular in Montreal and can get in basically anywhere without having to wait. I can understand the team being concerned if it was affecting their play on the ice but there is absolutely no way that it is. It irritates me because someone like Higgins works his ass off every shift, and he might not always be producing but he sure as hell is not lazy or "hungover". I mean if they have a drinking problem then they must be sharing their alcohol with the rest of the team as well.
I'm really concerned about whether or not we make the playoffs. Not because it will immediately shut away the stanley cup dream..but it worries me that we might lose Saku over it. I wouldn't blame him, but how long can one man keep playing for a shitty team. I want nothing more then to see Saku get a cup but I don't see it happening with the Habs. He's said over and over again that he has no intention of going anywhere, but that was also said before the team started stinking it up. He said it back when he thought we were real contenders. I'm not looking forward to the end of this season. I just can't see him in another jersey.

All the single ladies...
I needed last night. I needed an excuse to laugh for hours on end. I needed to get away from everything and be with some of the important people in my life. I had some of the ladies, and James, over last night for a single ladies dinner. None of us did anything on Valentines day so we decided it'd be nice to get together and hang out as 4 single people. It kind of helped me realize that I really don't need to be in a relationship right now. Yeah it's nice every once in awhile but at this point in my life I love being single. I told the gang to dress nicely and we had a nice big meal followed by chocolate fondue. It's amazing how easily entertained we are. We laughed a lot, listened to some music and then Mel yelled at the Habs which did not help them win the game. All in all I think it was a successful night and if we're all single this time next year we'll have to get together and do it again.
This upcoming week is going to be absolutely ridiculous. After having done nothing remotely exciting since the January 24th show, I have a week of concerts planned. Friday night I head to the New Cities show with Jenn & Mel. It's going to be neat to see all the changes made to the music and their fanbase since we first started going to their shows. It should be a super entertaining night. Then we're heading out to Foufs for a girls night out. Sunday Melissa & I are finally heading out to a Hot Streak show. We've been telling the guys for about 5 months that we'd go to a show of theirs and we constantly bailed for one reason or another. This time we're actually going and I couldn't be more excited. Battle of the Bands is always a good time.

ADORE HIM.
He's the only person in the music industry that I'd pay a crapload of money to see live in concert. I don't think I've ever listened to one of his songs and not cried. Yeah that makes me sound really sappy but this mans voice gives me serious goosebumps. I wish he'd come to Montreal...

So many decisions
I have absolutely no idea what I want to do with my life. Why is it that at the age of 19 I'm stressed out of my mind over this?! I'm so used to having my life planned out for me from elementary school to high school to cegep...and now I'm just confused. I know I want to go into the music business. That's where my passion lies and where my heart will always be but getting there just seems to hard. I'm willing to do whatever I possibly can to make it but I have such limited options compared to other people. There's nothing offered in Montreal that can help me at this point and all the schools specializing in music business management are further away. I don't know if I'm ready to leave the province yet. I know my future isn't here. My french isn't strong enough for me to live out my career in Quebec.
I'm just so overwhelmed right now. It's not a pleasant feeling. I've officially decided that I won't be going back to school until atleast 2010. We'll see what the next year and a half brings. Maybe I'll travel a bit and maybe the time off will allow me to figure everything out. Rushing myself to make a decision won't solve anything. If I'm going to do this, I'm going to do it right.

Thank You
Thank you San Jose Sharks for restoring my faith in the sport of hockey.
My god I needed that..and to do it against the Boston Bruins..? I'm getting so excited for their little roadtrip to Montreal and Ottawa. Thursday the 26th I head to Ottawa for the Sens/Sharks game for FREE thanks to Athena who's the biggest sweetheart in the world. I've always wanted to go into another teams arena while sporting the rivals jersey. I mean the Sharks aren't REALLY a big rival of any Eastern team but I know I'm going to stick out like a sore thumb and I'm beyond excited. The only weird thing is going to be standing up when they score..I'm used to doing it alongside 21,273 deliriously crazy fans. Everyone says it's not possible to have two favorite teams. I can argue that.
It's about time
There's going to be some big changes made in my life when I come home from Cuba.
Mainly two.
Mainly two.

2 For 10
Maybe it's because I'm not much of a team player. Maybe it's because I've never in my life played on a sports team. It just baffles me that a group of people can come together and all suddenly decide that they're going to stop caring at the exact same time. It makes me so sad to admit that there's no one on my hockey team who shows any heart..ever. Where are the guys that are supposed to be stepping it up? Where the hell is the Kovalev of 2007-2008? How is it physically possible for someone to be such a bi-polar player!?! For someone who claims that he wants to bring the cup to Montreal because he loves it here so much he's doing shit all to help out the team.
Last year it broke my heart thinking of trading anyone on the Habs but this year I'm ready to ship a good chunk of them off for a player with some heart who will make a difference during a slump. I wish we had an Ovechkin on our team. Someone who played for the love of the game and stepped out onto the ice every night with the goal of winning on their mind. If his team is having a shit game he steps up and motivates the team vocally and through his play. Where is our guy like that? Why does NOBODY stand up and make a difference? It disgusts me that we're allowing 5 goals in almost all of our games.
I'm not a bandwagoner fan. I've never been that way and I will NEVER be that way. The Habs are my team no matter what but there comes a point when even the die hards fans step back and go "Okay a loss is a loss but to not even try?". Why should I spend hundreds of dollars cheering in the stands if my team doesn't even show up? I might as well just be watching center ice for 2 1/2 hours. I guess it's always a positive that I still have the Sharks who hopefully CREAM the Bruins tomorrow or else I'll be incredibly depressed.
That was my rant of the night & I absolutely had to get it off my chest. The habs & I are not on good terms right now. I'm a hockey fan before I'm a Habs fan but it would be fantastic if my favorite team would..gee...I dunno..TRY?

New Year. New Me.
I'm on Day Two of my eat healthy diet. I'd noticed over the past few weeks that I'd been eating horribly and I started to feel really gross because of it. Cuba has been a huge motivational factor for me because I don't want to look heavy and out of shape in a bathing suit. I decided to start eating purely healthy food, with one junky item every three days. It's funny because I've already felt a difference. I've tried to avoid starch altogether, aside from rice. I've also started up an 8 minute ab & leg work out and I've started walking 20 minutes each day. I think I can do it. For some reason this time I'm really trying and I really want to see results. A little over a month until Cuba.....!!!

It's been awhile..
Having finally snapped back to reality I thought it was time to update my blog. I'm slowly adjusting to the frigid winter air and I'm starting to remember that I can't just leave my home in a bathing suit anymore.
Cabo was amazing. For the two weeks I spent in Mexico I completely forgot about what cold felt like. I spent hours upon hours lying by the pool or on a towel by the ocean, soaking in the sun and enjoying the serenity. The experience was made even better because I got to spend it with one of my absolute best friends. I had never traveled down South before so it was shocking to see what an incredibly different culture it was. On the first day I saw people living in cardboard box homes and traveling in the back of pickup trucks. The people in Mexico were very gracious and they allowed us to become incredibly comfortable. I'm a real homebody so by the end of the trip I was really missing Montreal. I'm excited to go back with 5 of my closest friends in a years time. It's far off but I've already started planning it in my mind.

Returning home to Montreal was perfectly fine with me for one reason, The All Star Game. Being a massive hockey this was the perfect opportunity for me to see some of my favorite players from other teams come together to forget about rivalries and just have a good time. The city was alive with fans from all across the country. On Saturday morning I woke up at 6am to line up for the NHL All Star Practice at the Bell Center which was general admission. After being rudely reminded about how cold it was outside we were let in at 7:30 and we sat down in the second row behind the goalies net. Our row was incredibly diverse. We were all sporting jerseys from different teams(I made sure to put my Nabokov one on) and we were up on the big screen on several occasions. I was ecstatic to see Marleau, Thornton, Parise & Lecavalier all under one roof. In my opinion it was worth it to spend 17$ to watch them practice for 4 hours. It was a lot better then spending 500 for two tickets to the game. We checked out the Jamboree after where I was asked by an Ottawa Sun photographer to pose near the Sharks jersey outside.

It was so much fun to see so many people in different jerseys. There was some friendly booing for Boston fans but it was all in good fun. A lot of people criticize the game but I think it's an amazing chance for everyone who loves hockey to come together and just enjoy themselves. No one was booing or trying to pick a fight with anyone. After that we headed down to Crescent to see the All Star concert. We almost froze our asses off, literally. It got to the point where I was walking funny because my feet were so cold. It was worth it in the end though. The New Cities put on one of the best shows I've seen to date. I'm not going to lie, I'm ridiculously proud of them and how far they've gotten. If anyone deserves success it's these guys. They have to be one of the nicest groups of people I've ever met and they know how to put on a hell of a show. This next year should be a lot of fun thanks to them. After their set we handed out some of their promo stickers and met some super interesting people. While I'm kind of sad to be away from the sun, I'm happy to be back in Montreal.
